Brian Kittrell — Founder & Owner

Brian Kittrell is a Software Systems Architect specializing in secure, scalable systems and AI program architecture, with nearly 20 years of coding experience. He holds a Master's in Computer Science with an AI specialization from Georgia Tech, a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and associate degrees in Software Engineering Technology and Computer Programming Technology — graduating Summa Cum Laude and earning President's List honors every eligible term. As a graduate assistant, his research focused on generative AI and academic integrity.

Before turning to software full time, Kittrell spent roughly 15 years as a 911 dispatcher and trainer, alongside six years as a volunteer firefighter and Emergency Medical Responder — four of them as department president.

He is also a published author of seven novels with more than 500,000 copies distributed worldwide, and an independent musician with more than 60,000 global streams and ASCAP membership — writing and performing music, along with producing the dual-persona, AI-powered This Long Broken Road project voiced by Dawson McCoy and Sadie McCoy.
